“You know what that’s called? That’s called communism. That is called an absolute judicial injustice,” argues lawyer Viva Frei.
New York Attorney General Letitia James admitted that Judge Arthur Engoron had already determined Donald Trump engaged in “significant financial fraud” before the trial even began.
James has accused Trump and his executives of manipulating the value of his company’s assets to obtain more favorable loans from banks and is seeking $250 million in damages.
“Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor and found that Donald Trump did engage in years of significant financial fraud,” James admitted in a video statement on Friday.
“We uncovered throughout this trial, we revealed the full extent of that fraud. We introduced extensive evidence and questioned more than two dozen witnesses.”

Canadian lawyer David Freiheit, also known as Viva Frei, laid out the implications of James’ remarks and called for her and Judge Engoron to be impeached for denying Trump’s due process rights.
“‘Before this trial even began, the judge ruled in our favor.’ You know what that’s called? That’s called communism. That is called an absolute judicial injustice. She should be impeached. The judge should be impeached. The entire [case] should be thrown out,” he said on X.

“And my goodness, anybody sitting there saying that Trump is guilty needs to have their head examined because this has been the most egregious injustice.”
“Attorney General Leticia James is corrupt as the day is long, and Judge Engron, New York nipple Judge Engron is as corrupt as the day is long. And they’ve just said it out loud for everyone to hear,” he added.
Trump likewise excoriated James and Judge Engoron on Thursday after expert witnesses testified in court that they found no evidence of fraud.

In a pre-trial decision that sparked questions about due process, Engoron declared Trump was liable for fraud in September before the civil trial even commenced and tried canceling Trump’s business certifications in New York, which was rejected by the appeals court.
Further raising questions of political bias in the court, reports emerged that Engoron’s law clerk campaigned with James at a Democrat event in 2022.
Additionally, it was revealed that Engoron’s wife went on anti-Trump tirades on social media during the trial and vowed that Trump would go to prison.
