Trump launched a devastating assault on independent candidate RFK Jr.
In a series of posts on Truth Social on Friday night, Donald Trump launched a blistering assault on presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr, who some have suggested would make a powerful running-mate for the former president. Trump described RFK Jr. as a “Democrat ‘Plant’” and a “Radical Left Liberal who’s been put in place in order to help Crooked Joe Biden… get Re-elected.”
“A Vote for Junior would essentially be a WASTED PROTEST VOTE, that could swing either way,” posted Trump, “but would only swing against the Democrats if Republicans knew the true story about him.”
Trump then proceeded to tell the “true story” about RFK Jr.
First he labelled him “Anti-Gun,” “an Extreme Environmentalist who makes the Green New Scammers look Conservative,” “a Big Time Taxer and Open Border Advocate” and “Anti-Military/Vet.”
The brutal bashing continued in two follow-up posts. In the first, Trump noted that RFK Jr’s own family had refused to endorse him.
And he also had choice words for RFK Jr’s running-mate, Nicole Shanahan. Trump described her as a non-entity whose only qualification as a “doctor” was “doing surgery on her husband’s wallet.” Trump suggested that RFK Jr. chose her simply because of the “pot of cash” she would bring to his campaign.
In the second follow-up, Trump described how he had witnessed RFK Jr. convince New York Governor Cuomo to enact “NASTY” environmental policies that have caused energy prices to skyrocket in the region. Trump also took the opportunity to blast California governor Gavin Newsome as “the Worst Governor in the State’s History.” Many believe Newsome will run for president this year, which he has so far denied.
Trump concluded by saying that RFK Jr. would make an even worse president than Joe Biden.
“I’d even take Biden over Junior, because our Country would last a year or two longer prior to collapse—But it would be dead either way.”
