American consumers hit with rising food prices
A recent report examining fast food price increases between the end of 2019 and now revealed the real financial damage being inflicted upon American citizens due to Bidenflation.
Published by The Street earlier this month, the article explains that American fast food companies “have increased prices at unprecedented rates that have outpaced inflation by a significant margin.”
While the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ inflation calculator claims inflation has risen by 21.5% since the end of 2019, fast food inflation is much higher.
See the charts below, featuring data collected from each company’s website:
Last week, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had to run damage control for Joe Biden’s repeated claims that inflation was at 9% when he took office when it was actually 1.4%.
Q: Why did Biden claim, twice in one week, that inflation was 9% when he took office — when it was really 1.4%?

GOP Arizona Senate Candidate Kari Lake posted about the high fast food prices on X, writing, “Joe Biden & Ruben Gallego dine out on the taxpayer dime in some of the fanciest restaurants in DC. They’re immune to the damage their policies are causing. The rest of us are watching as prices at historically inexpensive fast food options like McDonald’s & Taco Bell skyrocket. We’re being priced out everywhere. We can’t afford #Bidenomics.”

The Biden administration can gaslight the public about inflation as much as it wants, but the average American knows how expensive everything has become.
