Biden-Harris X account shared Timcast episode with discussion over how incoming Trump administration may redirect weaponized judicial system toward Democrats.
Joe Biden’s reelection campaign feigned incredulity this week after conservative journalists Tim Pool and Laura Loomer suggested jailing Democrats if Donald Trump retakes the White House, with the latter advocating for treason trials and adequate penalties.
The Biden-Harris HQ X account on Monday shared a video of a recent Timcast episode where Pool and Loomer discussed how an incoming Trump administration may redirect the weaponized judicial system at Democrats.

“Trump operatives say their plan is to jail and execute those who don’t support Trump if he wins, echoing Project 2025,” the Biden team told their supporters, mentioning the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 framework for removing liberals from the levers of power and installing conservatives during the next Trump term.
In the episode, Pool asked how Trump should go about jailing Democrats, since Biden has already set the precedent of going after political opponents.
“Should Democrats be in jail? No question. When Donald Trump gets elected, should he start locking them up? No question. Should there be lists of Democrats that need to go to jail? 100%,” Pool said, clarifying, “And the reason for that is they’ve committed crimes.”
“We need to make sure that when Donald Trump wins we’ve got an attorney general, a deputy attorney general, a head of the CIA and the FBI… and then they can start having their investigators and the feds issuing subpoenas, pulling up evidence, and with real evidence bring them to judges for warrants.”
Pool continued: “Then these people can spend three three years of their lives fighting tooth and nail for the crime against the government, for crimes they committed and we can prove, and the reason why we put them on trial is that we can show the whole world. We will uncover what you’ve done. We will make sure everyone knows and you will be held accountable for it.”
At this point, Loomer bolstered Pool’s position by saying that Democrats should additionally be tried for treason, which carries a maximum penalty of death.
“Not just jail,” Loomer added, “they should get the death penalty, you know, we actually used to have the punishment for treason in this country.”
Following the Biden campaign’s post, Loomer declared Biden was “triggered by my appearance on @Timcast, which was deleted from YouTube.”
