“If Crooked Joe and the Democrats get away with removing my name from the ballot, then there will never be a free election in America again,” says former president.
Former President Donald Trump sounded the alarm about the far-left’s attempts to remove him from Colorado’s 2024 presidential primary ballot.
“A fake trial is currently taking place to try and illegally remove my name from the ballot,” Trump said in a Tuesday statement posted to Truth Social.
“I often say that 2024 will be the most important election in the history of our country. The reason for that, and that statement, is that our country is being destroyed by people who have no idea what they’re doing. Or even worse, they may very well have an idea, they may hate our country, and they may want to see it destroyed.”

“But it may also be the last election we ever have. If this election doesn’t work, if this election is rigged and stolen, if bad things happen, our country will not survive. If Crooked Joe and the Democrats get away with removing my name from the ballot, then there will never be a free election in America again,” Trump continued.
“We will have become a dictatorship where your president is chosen for you. You will no longer have a vote, or certainly a meaningful vote. And you could say, frankly, that that has already begun,” he said, adding that “this is truly our final chance to save America.”
A lawsuit in Colorado is challenging Trump’s eligibility for the state’s presidential ballot next year, claiming he shouldn’t be allowed to run for president because he allegedly violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which prevents someone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” from holding federal office.
Article III Project founder and attorney Mike Davis warned on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” on Wednesday that “there’s no question that Denver District Court Judge Sarah Wallace will disqualify Trump from the Colorado ballot.”
“What’s going to have to happen is the Supreme Court of the United States that has discretionary review is going to have to put on their big boy pants…they’re going to have to actually take a Trump case because this is so much bigger than President Trump,” Davis said.

“These are Republic-ending tactics by the left. If you can just take someone off the ballot who’s going to win the White House, you’re going to take that choice away from the American people based upon a bogus legal theory with activist lawyers and activist judges, we’re not going to have a country left,” he noted.
Prior to her appointment as a judge, Wallace contributed $100 to the Colorado Turnout Project, a group that was formed in response to the Jan. 6 Capitol protests.
“A contribution to the Colorado Turnout Project shows support for the view that January 6, 2021, constituted an ‘insurrection,’” Trump’s lawyer Scott Gessler wrote in a filing seeking Wallace’s recusal from the case.
Former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn likewise warned that the lawsuit raises serious concerns about the future of the country.
