Migrants’ defiant gestures signal they know they’re above the American legal system.
Illegal immigrants who were released without bail after taking part in a mob assault on NYPD officers defiantly flipped two middle fingers at reporters following their release from a short jail stint.
Footage showed 22-year-old illegal migrant Jhoan Boada making an obscene gesture toward cameras after he and four others were released without bail on Wednesday following a brawl with police on Saturday.
Responding to footage of the illegals’ gesture, billionaire tech entrepreneur Elon Musk commented, “Outrageous!”
Here’s footage of the assault:
Boada’s lawyer argued his client didn’t take part in the assault, while one officer attacked identified him by his distinct pink shoes.
The illegal’s defiant motion angered politicians and members of the NYPD, with former acting ICE Director Tom Homan commenting Jhoan will hopefully soon be deported, presumably when Donald Trump re-takes the White House.
A message to Johoan and the others that Biden and Mayorkas illegally released into the US that clearly dont qualify for asylum. Don’t get too comfortable. The biggest deportation operation in the history of this nation is coming.

NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell remarked the illegal “cowards” deserved to be incarcerated at the Rikers Island jail.
“They should be sitting on Rikers, being indicted this week and taken off our streets,” Chell told reporters. “You want to know why our cops are getting assaulted? There’s no consequences. We must change this. End of story.”
The explicit hand signal toward Americans comes as New York City is struggling to accommodate the hordes of migrants pouring in to take advantage of its Sanctuary City policies.
