MSNBC dragged former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton out of obscurity to have her take pot shots at Carlson’s journalistic endeavor.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who once falsely claimed Russia helped Donald Trump steal the 2016 election, joined MSNBC to criticize Tucker Carlson over his interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Tucker Carlson is in Moscow right now interviewing Vladimir Putin, the first American, I’ll say journalist, to interview Putin since the war in Ukraine began,” host Alex Wagner told Clinton. “What does that tell you about Tucker Carlson and right-wing media and also Vladimir Putin?”
“Well, it shows me what I think we’ve all known. He’s what’s called a useful idiot,” Clinton claimed.
The two-time failed Democrat presidential candidate characterized the Russian media’s depiction of Carlson as a “puppy dog,” claiming they “make fun of him.”
“I mean if you actually read translations of what’s being said on Russian media, they make fun of him. I mean, he’s like a puppy dog, you know,” Clinton told Wagner, going on to joke Carlson might get a news job in Russia.
“He somehow has, after having been fired from so many outlets in the United States, he…I would not be surprised if he emerges with a contract with a Russian outlet because he is a useful idiot. He says things that are not true. He parrots Vladimir Putin’s pack of lies about Ukraine, so I don’t see why Putin wouldn’t give him an interview.”

Clinton’s criticism of Carlson was taken with a grain of salt on social media, where many pointed out the former Democrat First Lady has much to lose if Putin exposes her.
Clinton’s contentions with Tucker come as EU globalists have reportedly floated a travel ban for Carlson, as prominent RINO Republicans have labeled Carlson a “traitor” and have called for him to be barred from re-entering the United States.
Meanwhile, some predict unhinged Democrats and RINOs could go as far as charging Tucker with violating the 1917 “Espionage Act” for interviewing the president of a country with which the US is currently engaged in war (despite the fact the US is not at war with Russia).
