The Great Replacement isn’t coming, it’s here!

Hours after The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled in favor of a bill allowing Texas to arrest and deport illegal immigrants, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily blocked the state from enforcing the law.

Newsmax interviewed former CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan on the ruling, who explained, “This is a little bit of a legal technicality here that’s allowed in our justice system right now. So the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals basically overruled the U.S. Supreme Court,” calling the move, “bizarre.”

Morgan also noted Mexican cartels are extremely sophisticated with how they coach incoming illegals on how to use U.S. immigration loopholes before pointing out the Mexican government has announced it will refuse any deportees who aren’t of Mexican origin.

According to AP News, “Mexico’s government said Tuesday it would not ‘under any circumstances’ accept the return of any migrants to its territory from the state of Texas. Mexico is not required to accept deportations of anyone except Mexican citizens.”

The Blaze Senior Editor Daniel Horowitz went on X to provide a breakdown of what appears to be taking place between the Supreme Court and 5th Circuit, criticizing Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh for “allowing novel liberal circuit opinion to stand without intervention.”

He also called on “other states to pass interior enforcement immediately, and for House GOP to hold the line on the budget (which nobody is demanding of them).”

Barrett and Kavanaugh basically stared down the 5th Circuit and said, “it would be a shame for all of your temporary administrative stays on demonic liberal district court injunctions to continue to act as de facto long term stays pending appeals, so maybe you ought to actually…

Americans can see straight through the Biden administration’s UN-run open border policies as the federal government fights tooth and nail to keep the flow of illegals flooding into America at full volume.

In the middle of the night a federal judge stopped Texas AGAIN from enforcing the law. Now we wait for the Supreme Court to step in AGAIN. Every American needs to understand the Biden Admin + Democrat judges are doing everything they can to stop Texas from slowing the invasion. https://t.co/tuYVedI3KQ
